Cory Glasgow, DAHM, M.Ac, L.Ac

Cory Glasgow received her master’s degree in traditional Chinese acupuncture in 2021 and finished her doctorate degree in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in 2023 from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. Dr. Glasgow has worked with a variety of patients including chronic and acute pain, trauma, depression, addiction, anxiety, migraines, and fertility. She completed her externship at the Kaufmann Cancer Center where she gained experience in supporting cancer patients through the side effects of treatment. Dr. Glasgow is a strong believer in acupuncture as a modality to assist the body in its natural healing process. She often incorporates gua sha and cupping into her acupuncture appointments. Dr. Glasgow received education in Master Tung acupuncture and the National Detoxification Acupuncture protocol (NADA). She can provide recommendations in lifestyle, Chinese nutrition support and prescribe Chinese herbal formulas.

Brianna Livesay, D.O.M., M.Ac., L.Ac.

Brianna Livesay is a NCCAOM board-certified Doctor of Oriental Medicine and licensed acupuncturist. Dr. Livesay has completed certificates in psychoendoneuroimmunology (PENI), electroacupuncture, facial rejuvenation for neurological conditions and cognitive neuroscience (Harvard). She runs a comprehensive practice utilizing the various pillars of Chinese Medicine to treat patients including acupuncture/electroacupuncture, nutritional therapy, Chinese herbal prescriptions, exercise, gua sha, cupping and tui na. Dr. Livesay specializes in neuroscience from a Chinese Medicine lens and helps patients to understand how the body, mind and spirit function as an integrated whole. Acupuncture styles include Eight Principle, Five Element, Channel, Balance Method and NADA. She helps patients understand how symptoms arise from a hypervigilance of the nervous system and sees patients with concerns of stress, trauma-related symptomatology and neurological conditions including headaches/migraines, stress, neuropathy, PTSD, depression, anxiety and trigeminal neuralgia. She also sees patients who want to optimize their overall brain functioning or those with unexplained symptoms.

Kristen Boston, LMT, BCTMB

Kristen is a 2001 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage Medical Massage Program and has a national Board Certification in Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork. Kristen specializes in non-pharmaceutical pain management, drawing on advanced training and evidence-based techniques to address both acute and chronic conditions. She has extensive experience collaborating with physical therapists, chiropractors and orthopedic doctors, focusing on neck and shoulder injuries. Kristen’s personalized approach helps patients effectively manage pain and enhance their overall well-being.

Sherri Heck-Shriver, LMT, COTA/L

Sherri is a 1996 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage and has worked in a variety of settings including a wellness office, physical therapy office and retreat center. Sherri offers Swedish and myofascial massage while incorporating her skills as an occupational therapy assistant to provide a unique blending of skill sets. Sherri holds specialty certificate training in Integrative Reflexology® and lymphatic and oncology massage. Sherri is an American Council on Exercise Certified Health and Wellness Coach accredited by the NCCA.

Karen Hunter Dixon, LMT, CLT, Reiki Master

Karen is a 1994 graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage and a 2008 graduate of the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Karen’s basic education included Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial massage techniques. She is also Maryland State Licensed and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals association. Her continued education in the field of massage included pre- and postnatal massage, cancer and mastectomy massage, Integrative Reflexology®, cranio-sacral therapy and lymphatic massage. She is a Reiki Master and works with Chakra energy systems. Karen has been a practitioner in the Carroll Hospital complementary health program since its inception.
