Whether through an online questionnaire, phone call or video, a licensed LifeBridge Health provider will review your symptoms and create a personalized treatment plan. Ideal for common conditions like colds, allergies and medication refills, eVisits make healthcare easy and flexible.

  • Complete your eVisit anytime, and a provider will review it during business hours.
  • Receive a fast diagnosis and customized treatment plan, with prescriptions sent directly to your preferred pharmacy (controlled substances, such as pain medications, are not prescribed through eVisits).  
  • If virtual care isn’t the right fit for your condition, we’ll guide you to the best in-person care options. 

Urgent Care Telemedicine from ExpressCare

From bumps and bruises to fevers and flu, ExpressCare, a LifeBridge Health Partner, offers guidance on a range of conditions through convenient telemedicine services.

  • Connect with a provider via video appointment and access ExpressCare urgent care services in real time using your tablet, computer or smartphone. 
  • Receive personalized care seven days a week, 365 days a year. We have appointments available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day of the week.
  • Reserve your spot online to minimize wait times.  
  • Check to see if your insurance provider covers telemedicine services.

Virtual Primary Care

With Virtual Primary Care, you can access convenient care for common ailments, simplify your annual wellness checks and streamline treatment and monitoring services for some chronic conditions. 

  • Connect with a provider via video appointment and access primary care services using your phone, tablet or computer. 
  • Use our convenient online scheduling portal to book an appointment Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Same-day and next-day appointments may be available.  
  • Expedited access to appointments with a wide range of LifeBridge Health providers and specialties can be arranged if needed. 

Virtual Medical Weight Loss

Achieve and maintain your ideal weight with our Virtual Medical Weight Loss program. Once enrolled, you will meet with our experienced weight loss clinician for a full evaluation to create a program that will help you meet personalized goals.  

  • Stay motivated and on track with at-home monitoring and regular virtual check-ins. 
  • Evaluate your health status and goals with your provider to determine the suitability of GLP-1 or other weight loss medications. 
  • Enjoy discounted access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment, expert training and a variety of group classes at LifeBridge Health and Fitness.  
  • Expedited access to appointments with a wide range of LifeBridge Health providers and specialties can be arranged if needed.  

Virtual Diabetes Management

Manage your diabetes effectively with our specialized Virtual Diabetes Management program. This service is designed to help you control your blood sugar levels and prevent complications through consistent, remote monitoring and real-time adjustments to your treatment plan. 

  • Receive tailored advice and care plans from our diabetes nurse practitioner.  
  • Utilize our digital tools to keep track of your blood sugar levels and receive immediate feedback. 
  • Connect with a variety of resources and support groups designed to help you manage your diabetes confidently. 
  • Expedited access to appointments with a wide range of LifeBridge Health providers and specialties can be arranged if needed.
