Current visitation status levels by location:
A key to the visitation status levels
Each location may have it's own visitation level status. Please see the levels listed below to read the guidelines for each status level.
LEVEL 3
RED
Visitation
VERY restricted
- Visitation: 1 visitor at a time per patient (exceptions for end of life, peds, etc).
- Visitors must check in at security after self-screening.
- Masks required at all times in healthcare facility (cloth masks not permitted).
- Visitation hours may vary by unit.
LEVEL 2
YELLOW
Visitation
SLIGHTLY restricted
- Visitation: 2 visitors at a time per patient (exceptions for end of life, peds, etc).
- Visitors can walk into hospital after self-clearing or per hospital protocol.
- Masks required at all times in healthcare facility (cloth masks not permitted).
- Visitation hours may vary by unit.
LEVEL 1
GREEN
Visitation
NOT restricted
- Visitors will not be required to mask unless the patient they are visiting is on Droplet or Airborne Precautions.
- Masks are optional in public spaces.
- Visitation hours may vary by unit.
* Note: Individuals visiting LifeBridge Health facilities to seek care for acute respiratory symptoms should wear a mask to protect those around them.
All visitors will be asked to continue social distancing practices in all areas, including waiting rooms.
