VIRTUAL URGENT CARE FROM EXPRESSCARE

From bumps and bruises to fevers and flu, ExpressCare, a LifeBridge Health Partner, offers guidance on a range of conditions through convenient telemedicine services.

  • Connect with a provider via video appointment and access ExpressCare urgent care services in real time using your tablet, computer or smartphone. 

  • Receive personalized care seven days a week, 365 days a year. We have appointments available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day of the week.

  • Reserve your spot online to minimize wait times.  

  • Check to see if your insurance provider covers telemedicine services. 

Virtual Urgent Care from ExpressCare can simplify treatment for most common conditions, including colds, rashes, UTIs and minor aches and pains. Click below to see a more comprehensive list of ailments we can treat virtually.

EVISITS

eVisits are a quick and inexpensive way to get quality care for common conditions like colds, allergies, rashes, ear infections and more.

  • Answer questions about your symptoms in a self-guided, online interview from your phone, tablet or computer. 

  • Complete your interview anytime, anywhere. Our eVisit portal is active 24/7. 

  • Receive a timely diagnosis and care plan in your email inbox. A LifeBridge Health provider will respond to interviews submitted during operating hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) within one hour. Providers will respond to interviews submitted outside of operating hours upon return. 

  • eVisits cost a $30 flat rate, with no insurance billed. 

VIRTUAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Virtual behavioral health services from LifeBridge Health allow you to receive personalized mental health support from the comfort of your home. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns, our virtual service is a safe and effective way to receive the help you need.

  • Answer questions about your mental health concerns in a self-guided, online interview from your phone, tablet or computer. 

  • Complete your interview anytime, anywhere. Our virtual behavioral health portal is open 24/7.

  • Every submission is reviewed by a LifeBridge Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner during operating hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Depending on the results of this review, you may be prescribed medication or given a referral to the appropriate mental health resources. 

Follow-up appointments are available if needed.

VIRTUAL PRIMARY CARE

LifeBridge Health is pleased to offer our patients new, virtual primary care services. With Virtual Primary Care, you can access convenient care for common ailments, simplify your annual wellness checks, and streamline treatment and monitoring services for some chronic conditions.

  • Connect with a provider via video appointment and access primary care services using your phone, tablet or computer. 

  • Use our convenient online scheduling portal to book an appointment Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Same-day and next-day appointments may be available.

  • Expedited access to appointments with a wide range of LifeBridge Health providers and specialties can be arranged if needed.

TRANSITIONS OF CARE TELEMEDICINE

Being discharged from a LifeBridge Health hospital or emergency department is just one step in your healing journey. When you leave one of our facilities, we aim to ensure that you stay on track to being your healthiest you.

LifeBridge Health offers a range of transitions of care telemedicine services to accommodate patients in all stages of recovery. Depending on your condition, you can connect with virtual providers, review your diagnosis and treatment plan details and manage chronic symptoms through remote patient monitoring services.

  • Coordinate the care you need to stay out of the hospital long-term. Your provider will connect you to the services you need, including expedited access to LifeBridge Health specialists and primary care providers.

  • Use our GetWell Loop portal to book an appointment Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

  • Take advantage of extended hours (8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.) on Mondays and Tuesdays.
