Creating a Continuum of Quality Care

Creating a Continuum of Quality Care

At LifeBridge Health, our focus has always been to provide members of the communities we serve with the very best care, through every step of their health journey, not just when they’re in the hospital.

LifeBridge Health Partners has expanded its family of quality, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Atlee Hill Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, the brand-new replacement facility for Brinton Woods Health & Rehabilitation Center, is one of the newest, most spacious and well-equipped facilities in the region.

Whether our patients require short-term rehabilitation or longer-term comprehensive skilled care, they can have confidence in knowing Atlee Hill is now available, right on the campus of Carroll Hospital.

About Atlee Hill

This increased continuum of care on Carroll Hospital’s campus is part of our strategic Vision 2020 plan, allowing us to serve every member of our close-knit community through an expansion of services and programs.

Named after the hospital’s first board president, Atlee Wampler Jr., the Atlee Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was built through a strategic partnership with LifeBridge Health and Brinton Woods, one of the region’s premier rehabilitation care providers. With the mutual goal to provide the community with dignified, tender loving care, the partnership between Brinton Woods and LifeBridge Health means that more people will have access to personalized, patient-focused short- and long-term care services.
