Atlee Hill Open House on Saturday, April 30
LifeBridge Health is inviting the community to an open house for Atlee Hill, the hospital's new and highly anticipated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, on Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 297 Stoner Avenue, on the corner of Stoner Avenue and Washington Road on the Carroll Hospital campus.
The event will include guided tours of the facility that will soon open its doors to adults requiring short- and long-term care services. The building features 60 resident beds (40 private rooms and 10 semi-private rooms) along with state-of-the-art amenities with home-like touches, including a beautiful multi-purpose room.
Once officially opened, patients will receive a comprehensive range of services provided by a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including registered and licensed practical nurses, certified medicine aides and geriatric nursing aides, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapists, a dietitian and licensed social worker.
Atlee Hill is part of Carroll Hospital's strategic Vision 2020 plan to expand services and programs on the hospital's campus.
