Ergonomic Assessments

The Rehabilitation Institute at Sinai offers ergonomic assessments to address issues of posture, pain and overuse syndromes. These assessments evaluate the activities that are performed each day at home, in the car and at the workplace. They address the patient’s need to change his or her posture and body mechanics during daily activities.

Small changes in the positioning of chairs or even the height of equipment can make a big difference in symptoms. We are committed to addressing our patients’ problems and are available to provide these assessments and make recommendations as needed.
