The Tevis Center for Wellness hosts a number of nutrition programs and resources tailored for the community

Cooking for Wellness

Meet us at Exploration Commons for a cooking class! Join a registered dietitian to prepare healthful recipes and learn nutrition and health tips along the way. View upcoming classes on our community calendar.

Jumpstart to Wellness

 

Led by a registered dietitian, this 8-week virtual program will include weekly online classes featuring discussions on a variety of nutrition topics, heart health, diabetes and cancer prevention, sleep hygiene and stress management. An 8-week membership for either The Hill Y in Westminster or The J of Greater Baltimore is included in the program; participants are expected to exercise at least three days a week.

Nutrition in Media
