Careful and Attentive Anticoagulation Therapy
Our anticoagulation clinics serve patients who are on anticoagulation therapy to reduce the risk of medical emergencies such as heart attack and stroke.
We carefully monitor patients' use of anticoagulant medications such as Coumadin (warfarin), a blood thinner used to help treat dangerous blood clots and keep them from forming. We also accept referrals for patients on direct anticoagulants such as Eliquis, Pradaxa and Xarelto.
