Sinai Hospital President Amy Perry Accepts Position with New Jersey Health Care Organization
Baltimore, MD - LifeBridge Health Executive Vice President and Sinai Hospital President Amy Perry will soon leave the organization for a new position with New Jersey-based provider Atlantic Health, where she will assume the position of CEO of the Hospital Division and Senior Vice President of Integrated Care Delivery.
LifeBridge Health CEO Neil Meltzer said Ms. Perry has made significant contributions during her nearly four-year tenure.
"Amy Perry has accomplished much during her time with us. She has helped to further our partnerships with community organizations like Park Heights Renaissance and the Safe Streets Program. Amy has overseen many advances in the recent history of our system's oldest hospital and championed our mission to improve health in the communities we serve. We wish her well in her new role," Meltzer said.
During Ms. Perry's time as president, Sinai was named one of U.S. News & World Report's Top Maryland Hospitals, and this year its neurology and neurosurgery programs rose to become #36 in the nation in the magazine's rankings.
Meltzer has tapped Dr. Jonathan Ringo to lead Sinai Hospital until a permanent successor is named. Ringo currently serves as LifeBridge Health's chief medical information officer and vice president of clinical transformation.
Perry's final day at LifeBridge Health will be January 20, 2017.
