Sinai Hospital of Baltimore Names Fadi Abu-Sneineh as Vice President of Performance Excellence
Baltimore, MD "“ As part of Sinai Hospital's ongoing commitment to enhanced quality and performance, Fadi Abu-Sneineh, MBA, PMP, ASQ CSSBB, recently joined the organization as vice president of performance excellence. In this newly created position, Abu-Sneineh is responsible for guiding, building and leading the hospital's Performance Excellence program to support Sinai's mission, values and business objectives.

In his role, Abu-Sneineh is managing and coordinating hospital-wide efforts to deliver value in the development, implementation, management of Sinai's ongoing initiatives. This includes reporting on service standards, performance/process improvements and setting priorities for making advancements in these areas.
More specifically, Abu-Sneineh is focusing on the quality of care and reduction in length of stay in the hospital and the Emergency Department, the development of key performance indicators and the goals and monitoring tools surrounding them, and the implementation of a new Cerner Electronic Bed Board system hospital-wide.
Prior to coming to Sinai Hospital, Abu-Sneineh held several positions of increasing responsibility at Adventist Health in Bakersfield, California, including associate vice president of operations as well as director of Process Improvement-Operational Excellence and quality project manager.
Abu-Sneineh graduated from the University of Latvia with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Master of Business Administration. He is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute as well as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality.
Abu-Sneineh is a married father of three, two daughters and a son. Outside of work, he and his family enjoy many sports activities, such as soccer, basketball and swimming.
