Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Grace Medical Center President Amy Shlossman Recognized in Daily Record’s 2025 Maryland’s Top 100 Women
Baltimore, Md. - Amy Shlossman, president of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Grace Medical Center, has been named to The Daily Record’s “2025 Maryland’s Top 100 Women” in recognition of her leadership, community service and mentoring.

“I am honored to be named in the company of these accomplished women in the 2025 Maryland Top 100 Women. From a young age, my parents instilled the concept of ‘tikkun olam’—or ‘making the world a better place’—as a responsibility to give back to those around us, and that’s what I strive to do each and every day with our teams at Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center as we work to fulfill our mission to improve the health of people in the communities we serve.”
Shlossman leads Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center during a time of tremendous growth. At Sinai, this includes the construction of the Mandy & Dennis Weinman Cancer Building and the renovation and expansion of the emergency department, which should be completed later this year.
Grace Medical Center in West Baltimore is nearing the completion of a $85 million transformation following its 2019 acquisition by LifeBridge Health, the parent company for Sinai and Grace. During that time, the health system has renovated the emergency department and dialysis unit as well as added new medical specialties, such as gynecology and ophthalmology, to its updated outpatient clinics.
The final part of the campus transformation will be the opening of an outpatient behavioral health space this spring and a new entrance to the facility that features additional green space for the community.
Shlossman joined the LifeBridge Health leadership team in July 2023 looking to build on the strong culture of purpose and connection to community through visibility, communication and recognition. During her tenure, Shlossman has focused on building, sustaining and supporting the teams at LifeBridge Health; working on initiatives to improve quality in healthcare delivery and ensuring that patients have access to the care and services they need.
“When our patients and team members are at the heart of everything we do, we know that we’re on the right path," says Shlossman, who is also senior vice president at LifeBridge Health.
Shlossman will be honored at The Daily Record’s Top 100 Women 30th anniversary reception and awards celebration on May 5 at Towson University Arena in Towson. She joins nearly 2,000 women who have been recognized with this achievement since its inception three decades ago.
“For the past 30 years, The Daily Record has celebrated the incredible achievements of Maryland’s Top 100 Women, and this year’s honorees are stellar. These inspiring leaders have made significant contributions to Maryland and beyond. They are high-achieving role models who mentor and encourage future generations to pursue their own paths and ambitions,” says Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/The Daily Record. “On this 30th anniversary, The Daily Record is a proud trailblazer, honoring women leaders before it was the norm. We congratulate and celebrate this year’s honorees and the many women who have been recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women over the past 30 years.”
