Rubin Institute Boosts Its Pediatric Orthopedic Services
Should your child or a child you know need orthopedic care, the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) has boosted its services for pediatric trauma patients and for children who need limb reconstruction or lengthening due to congenital conditions with the addition of Philip McClure, M.D. His joining the practice has made it possible to launch a new pediatric fracture clinic held each morning Monday through Friday at Sinai Hospital and Mondays at Foundry Row in Owings Mills. To schedule an appointment with our RIAO pediatric team, call 410-601-BONE.
Dr. McClure is triple fellowship-trained in orthopedic trauma, in pediatric orthopedics and in limb lengthening and reconstructive surgery. He comes to Sinai Hospital from the University of Utah/Shriners Hospital for Children - Salt Lake City. He is still a clinical instructor of orthopedics at the university and travels back to Utah a few times a year to perform the hospital's most complicated surgeries. You may recognize him as he was a former International Center for Limb Lengthening Fellow at Sinai in 2016-2017.
