Ronald Ginsberg, M.D., Expands Leadership Role to Medical Team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital
LifeBridge Health is pleased to announce that Ronald Ginsberg, M.D., FACP, has accepted the position of vice president of medical affairs and chief medical officer at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, a management role he will also continue to hold at Northwest Hospital.
Ginsberg is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He earned his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his residency and specialty training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Baltimore City Hospitals, currently Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
Ginsberg has been a practicing gastroenterologist for 42 years. His expertise includes colonoscopies, upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, polypectomy, liver biopsy, manometry and general gastrointestinal/hepatology consultation.
Ginsberg is a published author in his field. He has served as a clinical associate in the NIH, National Institute of Arthritis, Metabolism, and Digestive Diseases. His professional organization memberships include Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Phi Beta Kappa, the American Gastroenterological Association, and he is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
