Maryland's 2015 Baby New Year Born at Sinai Hospital
Sinai Hospital welcomed its first baby of 2015 at 12:03 a.m. - a baby girl named Lyne Charegho. Turns out, Lyne was the first baby born in Maryland in 2015!
Her mom Dounia was thrilled that Lyne was Maryland's first baby. Lyne weighed nine pounds, one ounce, and her arrival attracted lots of attention, including a visit from a local TV crew.
The labor & delivery teams at the BirthPlace at Sinai had a busy day with eight deliveries by early evening. What a way to start the new year!
