LifeBridge Health Names New Vice President of Capital Improvements and Support Services
James Roberge has joined LifeBridge Health as the vice president of capital improvements and support services. He brings more than 25 years of experience and knowledge to this health care leadership role.
At LifeBridge Health, Roberge provides guidance about how the organization's facilities can be adapted and upgraded to better meet the needs of the service lines that provide the finest quality health care across Maryland. Among his many duties, he is responsible for design and construction, programing and planning and property management.
Additionally in his position, Roberge is managing departments that keep the many facets of the organization operating at their full potential. They include security, safety management, plant operations, maintenance, clinical engineering, environmental services and transportation.
Roberge comes to LifeBridge Health from Mercy Health Partners. There, he served as the senior director of facilities services. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, health care management, operations management, contract management, process improvement and team building.
Roberge earned his Bachelor of Science in engineering at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
