LifeBridge Health Names Joe Quinn as Chief Human Resources Officer

Joe QuinnBaltimore, MD - LifeBridge Health is pleased to announce that Joe Quinn recently joined the organization in the newly created position of chief human resources officer. Quinn brings more than 20 years of human resources operations experience in the health care and chemical industries.  In his new role at LifeBridge Health, Quinn oversees human resources strategy, talent acquisition, organization design, management development, compensation, benefits diversity programs and labor relations.

Quinn also leads a team of human resources experts and supervises all aspects of employee engagement and inclusion within LifeBridge Health, which consists of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, LifeBridge Health & Fitness, hundreds of primary care and specialty physicians throughout the region, and affiliated health related partners.

Among his priorities at LifeBridge Health, Quinn will focus on hiring the best people and creating an environment that energizes everyone for their efforts to provide the best care for patients and their families. He is also developing new employee programs to enhance diversity and inclusion, collaboration, engagement, performance, compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining LifeBridge Health, Quinn was vice president of global human resources operations at W.R. Grace & Company and was responsible for human resources shared services operations in the Philippines and Germany, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, mobility, vendor relations and domestic relocation.

Quinn also served as operations manager at DuPont where he directed the America's region HR Function for the Performance Based Pay Variable Compensation program for all United States-based manufacturing and business locations.  He led the manufacturing and human resources teams and had oversight responsibilities for training, safety, Six Sigma, quality and production.

Quinn graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in management and has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.  He attended the Penn State Executive Program, "Aligning Strategy, Leadership and Culture: Keys to Competitive Advantage." He is certified in Aubrey Daniels Applications of Performance Management Technology.  He has been an expert presenter at several national benefits and shared services events.
