Izzy Patoka Joins LifeBridge Health as Director of Community Development

Baltimore, MD - LifeBridge Health is pleased to announce the addition of Izzy Patoka as the new director of Community Development. Patoka brings 30 years of experience in city and county policy development and planning to this newly created position. He is also a tireless neighborhood and community advocate.

At LifeBridge Health, Patoka will direct the development and implementation of a multi-dimensional plan to improve the quality of life in the areas surrounding the Sinai and Northwest hospital campuses. His work will include enhancing education and workforce development, business and economic development, community leadership coordination and neighborhood improvement.

Most recently, Patoka served as the executive director of the Governor's Office of Community Initiatives and as the director of the Governor's Intergovernmental Affairs Office. Mr. Patoka was the founding director of the Mayor's Office of Neighborhoods in Baltimore City.
