Herbert Johnson Jr. named Carroll Hospital's February SuperStar of the Month

Herbert Johnson Jr., computed tomography (CT) technologist, was selected as Carroll Hospital's February SuperStar of the Month. An associate since 2012, Johnson was chosen for his kindness and exceptional teamwork skills when he assisted an associate from a different department in ensuring her duties would be covered when she had to leave work early for a family emergency.

"Herb is an outstanding associate who is loyal, kind and caring to everyone he works with.  He is also dependable and can always be counted on to assist any hospital team member," said Gretchen Stiner, director of diagnostic imaging at Carroll Hospital.

Each month, Carroll Hospital recognizes the extraordinary achievements of members of the Carroll Hospital staff with a program called Associate WOW Service Awards. From those who are nominated to receive Associate WOW Service Awards each month, one SuperStar of the Month is chosen. From a year's worth of winners, one SuperStar of the Year is selected.

Community members and hospital employees are encouraged to nominate a hospital staff member who has demonstrated a special dedication and devotion to his/her job in a variety of ways.
