Grammy Award-Winning Singer and Songwriter Sheryl Crow to Headline LifeBridge Health's 2016 Magic of Life Gala
Baltimore, MD - LifeBridge Health is proud to present "An Evening With Sheryl Crow" at its 2016 Magic of Life Gala. This biennial event will be held on Saturday, April 16 at 6 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore.
Crow is a nine-time Grammy award winner with a style that includes folk, rock, pop, blues and country music. Her many hits include, "All I Wanna Do," "Every Day is a Winding Road," "Strong Enough," and "Soak Up the Sun." She has sold more than 50 million albums around the world since she burst onto the music scene more than 20 years ago.
A breast cancer survivor, Crow is an advocate for other survivors and for research. She also champions many other causes including animal rights and the environment.
In addition to Crow's must-see performance, the 2016 Magic of Life Gala also features cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, supper and a dessert reception, as well as a presentation showcasing some amazing and moving patient stories.
The gala benefits LifeBridge Health's programs and services for patients, their families and the community. The 2014 gala raised more than three million dollars, and this year's co-chairs, Daniel and Anna Klein, and Howard and Anne Louise Perlow, hope the event exceeds that amount.
Since its inception nine years ago, the Magic of Life Gala has had the distinction of being one of the largest one-day nonprofit fundraisers in Baltimore.
