Grace Medical Center Opens Its Doors for Community Celebration to Mark Completion of $61.6 Million Transformation

It’s been five years in the making—and now it’s time to celebrate with you.
LifeBridge Health is thrilled to welcome the West Baltimore community to a special Community Open House at Grace Medical Center, marking the completion of a $61.6 million transformation of the former Bon Secours Hospital. The final pieces of the renovation are two state-of-the art behavioral health units, a new facility entrance and first-floor community room that will open in May.
From the moment we welcomed Grace into the LifeBridge Health family in 2019, we’ve worked side-by-side with local residents, community leaders, elected officials and dedicated staff to reimagine what high-quality, community-centered healthcare should look like—right here in West Baltimore.
However, with the majority of the renovation taking place during the height of the pandemic, we were not able to invite our community members in to see the renovations, until now.
We’re so thrilled to now be able to show you all that’s been happening.

What’s New at Grace Medical Center?
Since 2019, nearly every inch of the facility has been upgraded or rebuilt. New and enhanced services now include:

- Diagnostic Testing & Imaging
- Dialysis
- Physical Therapy

The address is for the garage, the event will take place in a tent in our new parking lot. The tent entrance is along Pulaski Street. Follow directional signs from the garage. Street parking is also available. (See map below).
