Carroll Hospital to Host 12th Annual Total Health Expo

Enjoy a weeklong celebration of health and wellness information and activities during Carroll Hospital's 12th Annual Total Health Expo, presented by Point Breeze Credit Union. This year's event will be held online and in person from Monday, October 25 to Friday, October 29.

Designed to promote health, safety and well-being for all, the expo includes a range of online offerings include yoga, diabetes education and a healthy cooking class. In-person events include blood pressure screenings, a walk with Walk Carroll and an acupuncture session.

Residents also can join the hospital's Facebook page at Facebook.com/CarrollHospital and Like or Share the hospital's live events to be entered into a raffle drawing.

Additionally, people can help their neighbors maintain good health by participating in the Access Carroll Drive for non-perishable food items. Convenient drop-off locations can be found on the hospital's website.
