Carroll Hospital to Host 11th Annual Total Health Expo

Enjoy a weeklong celebration of health and wellness information and activities during Carroll Hospital's 11th Annual Total Health Expo. This year's event will be held virtually with online sessions being offered from Monday, October 26 to Saturday, October 31.

Designed to promote health, safety and well-being for all, the event includes a range of online activities including a daily health challenge, pre-diabetes and diabetes education, guided meditation and a cooking class.

Children can enjoy virtual story time with the Carroll County Public Library, a special presentation on "Children, the Pandemic and Emotional Health," family yoga and more.

The expo wraps up with a Community Town Hall meeting featuring Carroll Hospital's President Garrett Hoover, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Mark Olszyk, and Chief Nursing Officer Stephanie Reid.
