Brenda Frazier joins Carroll Hospital as Vice President of Development

Carroll Hospital is pleased to welcome the return of Brenda Frazier as vice president of development in the Carroll Hospital Foundation.

Frazier has more than 20 years of fundraising experience, having developed philanthropic support through a multitude of endeavors to benefit the community and organizations she has served.

She previously worked as associate vice president for development and leadership gifts at McDaniel College and prior to that worked at Carroll Hospital as the director of development from 2010 to 2018.

At Carroll Hospital she worked on the Campaign to Cure & Comfort, Always fundraising efforts. She successfully collaborated with boards, staff and community members to help raise $23 million, ultimately helping to create The William E. Kahlert Regional Cancer Center and the Tevis Center for Wellness.

"Brenda is a highly accomplished development and philanthropic executive whose decades of experience in building relationships, leading teams, and evaluating and developing programs have made her an excellent fit to our Foundation team," said Mark Debinski, chair of the Carroll Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees.

Frazier is well-known in the community, not only for her work with Carroll Hospital and McDaniel College but also for her activity on several community organizations. She serves on the boards of Westminster Zoning Board of Appeals and Rotary Club of Westminster and was a prior board member for Habitat for Humanity.

Frazier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in finance from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and is currently completing a master's in Public Administration and Policy at McDaniel College in Westminster.

She is a member of The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and a graduate of the Summer Institute in Educational Fundraising at Johns Hopkins Medicine Philanthropy Institute.

I'm grateful and honored to lead the efforts of sharing the opportunities and importance of investing in the healthcare and hospice services for our community.  

Carroll Hospital, a LifeBridge Health Center, is a nonprofit, acute care facility offering the latest in medical technology, experienced medical professionals in a variety of specialties and a continuum of programs and services to meet the needs of the community.
