With Anniversary of COVID-19 Pandemic, Northwest Hospital Handing Out 15-Pound Produce Boxes to Thank Front Line Workers

News

Randallstown, MD"“ Front line workers at Northwest Hospital will be treated to a box of fresh produce compliments of donors to Northwest Hospital's Care Bravely Compassion Fund. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our team members have demonstrated their dedication and commitment to Caring Bravely. In appreciation and thanks for their hard work team members are invited to pick-up a 15-pound box of fresh produce at the end of their shifts on Tuesday, March 16.

Team members can pick up a box of produce by simply driving to the L parking lot, across the street from the hospital entrance on Carlson Lane. Volunteers will be  there to greet staff and place the boxes in their vehicles.

It's a perfect opportunity to usher in spring and thank team members for their hard work throughout the pandemic. 1,200 boxes of produce will be available, enough for each Northwest team member.

The gift of produce comes courtesy of the Care Bravely Compassion Fund. LifeBridge Health (Northwest Hospital's parent company) created the Care Bravely Compassion Fund last March in response to the tremendous outpouring of community support for our caregivers in the time of COVID.

The produce comes from Keany Produce and the Produce Alliance. Each box contains a variety of seasonal produce.
