Grace Medical Center’s Outpatient Mental Health Program (OMHP) provides services for depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health needs. Our services include counseling for individuals, groups, couples and families, medication management and referral services for anyone who struggles with substance abuse.
The behavioral health team at Grace Medical Center believes in the connection between mind, body and spirit. As part of treatment, we address those areas and help patients move toward their mental health recovery.
We also recognize and appreciate each individuals’ unique characteristics and personalities as we build alliance for the healing process.
The OMHP provides quality mental health services for adults, adolescents, children and support for families. Our experienced staff helps our patients manage symptoms and provide direction towards a healthy and productive lifestyle.
Mental health treatment is used in conjunction with psychiatric and medication support services at our facility.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Grace Medical Center’s intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
offers intensive, outpatient psychiatric services to
patients who require less than 24-hour care, but who need
more comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment than
can be provided in a traditional outpatient setting. Below,

Partial Hospitalization Program
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Grace Medical Centeris a structured, intensive day treatment program for adults who are in need of psychiatric stabilization.
PHP is a culturally sensitive, therapeutic program facilitated by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, licensed therapists, social workers, registered nurses and behavioral health technicians who are committed to providing quality health care and empowering patients.
Individualized treatment focuses on relief of acute symptoms, establishment of healthy coping skills and collaboration with family and community support resources.
Intensive Outpatient Program

Outpatient Mental Health Clinic at
Levindale
The mission of the Outpatient Mental
Health Clinic at Levindale is to provide compassionate
treatment for the emotional and psychological needs of older
adults, usually age 50 or over.
Being emotionally and mentally healthy enhances overall
well-being, improves quality of life and maximizes a
person's ability to cope when faced with life's challenges.
The intent of our programs is to provide mental health
therapies to individuals so they can maintain a healthy
outlook, whether they experience chronic or new-onset
psychiatric or behavioral disorders.

Dual Diagnosis
Component
We recognize that many people
suffer from underlying behavioral health conditions that
lead them to abuse alcohol or drugs. Our Dual Diagnosis
Program provides effective outpatient treatment or partial
hospitalization to help you or a loved one deal with the
double challenge of substance abuse and a behavioral health
problem.
