The Champions of Care program at LifeBridge Health gives patients and families an opportunity to make a donation to recognize a caregiver or care team that made an impression and had a meaningful impact on their lives. It is a personal way for patients to thank and honor their Champion of Care while supporting the excellent work that saves and changes lives every day at Carroll Hospital, Grace Medical Center, Levindale, Northwest Hospital and Sinai Hospital.
