The Champions of Care program at LifeBridge Health gives patients and families an opportunity to make a donation to recognize a caregiver or care team that made an impression and had a meaningful impact on their lives. It is a personal way for patients to thank and honor their Champion of Care while supporting the excellent work that saves and changes lives every day at Carroll Hospital, Grace Medical Center, Levindale, Northwest Hospital and Sinai Hospital.
While our providers and team members appreciate all gestures of gratitude for their exceptional care, many patients and their loved ones feel compelled to go beyond words, smiles and handshakes. For those who are able, our Champions of Care program offers the opportunity to donate in honor of the individual who exceeded expectations to make your experience special.
