Funding Excellence in Care
The Carroll Hospital Foundation helps facilitate the generous support of our friends and neighbors, whose donations and gifts play a tremendous role in shaping the hospital’s future.
Commemorative Bricks
Carroll Hospital's commemorative brick program offers several opportunities to memorialize your loved one or to honor someone close to you.
Gift Planning
Charitable gifts help you meet your current philanthropic goals and extend your generosity well into the future. But planned gifts can also protect your assets, provide for your family and guarantee you income for life.
Champions of Care
We honor all of our caregivers through the Champions of Care program. This program offers you the opportunity to honor a doctor, nurse, aide, social worker, chaplain or other caregiver who has touched your life in an important way. Your Champion will receive a special card informing them of your thoughtful gift along with a lapel pin to wear proudly.
Founders Circle
The Founders Circle recognizes individuals who give annual gifts of $1,000 or more—and businesses that contribute $2,500 or more—to the Carroll Hospital Foundation or to BridgingLife. This group of donors is vital to preserve the excellence of the care we provide.
Naming Gift Opportunities

Mail-In Donation Form
Blessed Beginnings Tree
A unique way to support our tiniest patients is to commemorate a child in your life. Share your joy and pride by inscribing a leaf on our Blessed Beginnings tree with the name and birthdate of your child, niece, nephew, grandchild or a child of a loved one—no matter when he or she was born.
Gifts In Kind
Gifts in kind are a type of charitable giving in which goods and services themselves are given instead of funds. Several departments at Carroll Hospital have a "wish list" of items needed by patients and families on a daily basis. Items can be purchased through Amazon and will be directly shipped to Carroll Hospital.
Matching Gifts
Matching gifts are the perfect opportunity for you to double the impact of your donation. Your employer or your spouse's employer may offer a matching gift program that will match your donation to a charity 100 percent or more!
See your employer's Human Resources Department or contact the Carroll Hospital Foundation at 410-871-6200 or CarrollFoundation@LifeBridgeHealth.org for more information.
