eVisits are a convenient virtual health option for common conditions. Answer questions about your symptoms in a self-guided online interview, and a LifeBridge Health provider will recommend a treatment plan.

How do eVisits Typically Work?

Answer a Few Questions

Take a minutes to answer questions about your symptoms in a self-guided, online interview.

Wait for a Diagnosis

A LifeBridge provider will review your answers to provide a care plan or next steps–typically in about an hour during business hours.

Check your Email

Your care plan and diagnosis will be sent to the email address you provide during the eVisit.

Get Prescriptions, If Needed

If your treatment includes a prescription, you’ll pick it up at the pharmacy of your choice–selected during your eVisit.

Understand your Cost

You’ll be prompted to pay a small co-pay with a credit card or Health Savings Account card during your interview. You’ll only be charged if you receive treatment through eVisits.

Your Next Step

Not all conditions can be safely treated through eVisits. For these cases, your provider will direct you to a video visit or schedule an in-person visit.
