Christopher Khuu

Chris Khuu comes originally from Monterey Park, California and moved to Maryland after earning his PharmD degree at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He likes to spend quality time with friends and family while also taking on many different hobbies in his free time. During his time at Sinai Hospital, he hopes to connect with the community around it and make a difference in healthcare outcomes. His clinical interests include Critical Care Medicine, Ambulatory Care, and Oncology. He is excited to be trained by some of the best pharmacists on the east coast who share his dedication to the community.

Adhba Tawfeeq

Adhba Tawfeeq was born in Baghdad, Iraq. She moved to Baltimore, Maryland in 2009. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Towson University, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. In her free time, Adhba enjoys staying active by going to Zumba, cycling and yoga classes as well as traveling. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends. Her clinical interests include ambulatory care, geriatrics, and clinical toxicology. After completing PGY1, her goal is to pursue opportunities in these specialties. She is looking forward to expanding her clinical knowledge and working within an interdisciplinary healthcare team at Sinai Hospital.
