Resident Benefits
In addition to the standard benefits provided by the hospital, Sinai general surgery residents receive the following:

Resident Wellness
Residents are scheduled one half-day off per quarter to take care of any personal appointments.
Faculty members host dinners semi-annually
The department of surgery organizes a fantasy football league annually and celebrates resident appreciation week in February.
The residency program organizes bi-annual retreats in which the residents and administration participate in team building/social activities. Examples of prior retreats include:
