Q1. How long have you been with LifeBridge Health and what is your current role?

A: I've been with LifeBridge Health for two years serving in the Community Development Department as the community partnerships manager.

Q2. You bring so much passion into the work you do — what motivates you?

A: I genuinely love people. I'm motivated by the idea that in our work we are not simply doing things for people, but we are having experiences with them. In my role I get to build meaningful relationships and connections with people daily.

Q3. Since starting at LifeBridge Health, what have you found most rewarding?

A: The most rewarding experience for me has been witnessing people making a sacrifice to serve others while at the same time being impacted by the people they serve. I think we work best when we realize we don't serve people because they're in need, we serve them because they are truly valuable.
