How can I tell if an injury is too severe for OrthoCare ASAP?
If you have a life-threatening emergency or cannot walk, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Do I need a referral or doctor’s order?*
No referral is needed unless your insurance requires one. LifeBridge Health accepts most major insurance plans. Patients with automobile accident injuries or worker’s compensation claims must self-pay.
Can I come to OrthoCare ASAP if I’m already seeing a Rubin Institute provider?
No. OrthoCare ASAP is for new or recent orthopedic injuries that are not already being treated by a Rubin Institute provider. If you are receiving ongoing care, please contact your current provider.
