Jessica Haltiner named Carroll Hospital's 2022 Patient Care Tech of the Year

Jessica Haltiner was named Carroll Hospital's 2022 Patient Care Tech of the Year on June 24. A hospital team member since 2021, Haltiner was chosen for consistently going above and beyond for her patients and team.

Co-workers repeatedly nominated Haltiner for her high-quality patient care, as well as her compassion and strong work ethic. She was also applauded for consistently stepping in to assist her team whenever needed.

"Jessica is a compassionate, hard working and diligent patient care tech who always makes providing high quality patient care her top priority," says Leigh Chapman, vice president of patient care services and chief nurse officer at Carroll Hospital. "She efficiently balances multiple patients, making each patient feel like they are her only patient. Her expertise and positive attitude also make her a role model to others on her team."

The Patient Care Tech of the Year is selected based on nominations from co-workers and the award is presented annually during Patient Care Tech Week in June.

Carroll Hospital, a LifeBridge Health Center, is a nonprofit, acute care facility offering the latest in medical technology, experienced medical professionals in a variety of specialties and a continuum of programs and services to meet the needs of the community.
