Philosophy of Care

For most athletes and injuries, Dr. Velott believes surgery is not the first or best option. He will always try to offer nonoperative treatments and only suggest surgical options when they are necessary to best treat his patients. Whether you are trying to return for your next collegiate season with aspirations of going professional, or just trying to get back out on the golf course after years of shoulder pain, he will work with you to develop a treatment plan to obtain your goals.
