Katharine H. Taber, M.D., FACOG, is the director of the Women's Wellness Center. She is an experienced, board-certified gynecologist who has practiced medicine for nearly 14 years in both Virginia and Maryland. She attended Wellesley College, where she spent her junior year away at M.I.T., and she was a top medical student at UVA, where she received her B.A. in mathematics and computer science. A fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Taber received her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed her residency in OB/GYN at Duke University Medical Center.
Dr. Taber is the proud mother of two boys, Alex (13) and Nico (9). In her spare time she enjoys reading, jogging and watching sports.
