The Sinai Dialysis Access Center (SDAC) focuses on one thing; the needs of the dialysis patient. The center provides competent innovative urgent and emergent access treatment for dialysis patients throughout the Baltimore community.
Because our center is dedicated to only end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients; we understand the challenges with appointments and procedure room availability when patients have complications with an access. The center works on a same day-next day service model, so all issues are responded to in an expedient manner.
One call does it all, with one call to the center, a vascular intervention can be scheduled for that day, or, if an elective procedure, usually within 24 hours.

Your Dialysis Access Team
The Sinai Dialysis Access Center's ability to provide prompt,
state-of-the-art care is a direct result of the dedication of our
dialysis access team. We work closely with the nephrologists, your
dialysis center, and your other medical providers in the community to
coordinate your care prior to and following dialysis access surgery. The
dialysis access team is your primary source of information and is
always available to answer your questions and address your concerns.

It begins with one simple phone call. Call 410-601-7606 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule an appointment. You will talk to the dialysis access center manager who will over the telephone; ask brief general health questions before making the appointment.
The Sinai Dialysis Access Center is located at Sinai Hospital in northwest Baltimore on the second floor of the South Tower. To reach the center, first enter at the Weinberg Pavilion entrance. Then take the elevators to the second floor to the
Schapiro Cardiac Diagnostic Center. You may enter the waiting area of the Cardiac Diagnostic Center and someone will be there to assist you.
