The Rubin Institute Physical Therapy's Running Evaluation Clinic gives you an opportunity to have your running technique evaluated by a trained physical therapist through video analysis. Our mission is to provide runners of all levels with valuable insights on how to improve your running form and prevent running injuries.
What we do: We provide you with a brief one-on-one screening involving a video analysis. We then provide you with education on exercises, recommendations on how to improve your form, and suggestions on footwear.
