The Cohen Heart Rhythm Center is the Baltimore region’s premier location for the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats. Our board-certified experts use the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment to image, map and treat a full range of heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter and ventricular tachycardia.
Benjamin and Margaret Schapiro Cardiac Diagnostic Center
The Schapiro Cardiac Diagnostic Center features six state-of-the-art catheterization labs and is the first center in Baltimore to offer a flat-panel, biplane X-ray machine. This revolutionary technology provides physicians with digital images of arteries and veins, reducing procedure time, aiding in the performance of complex procedures, and ultimately improving outcomes.
Beverly and Jerome Fine Cardiac Valve Center
The heart valve experts, radiologists and cardiac surgeons of the Fine Cardiac Valve Center diagnose and treat a range of vascular and heart valve problems, including congenital defects and degenerative heart valve disorders like stenosis and regurgitation. Our doctors use traditional and cutting-edge procedures to repair and replace heart valves.
Cardiac Prevention Center
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S., so the Cardiac Prevention Center offers preventive care to reduce heart disease and improve the health of the surrounding community. Advanced diagnostic tools are implemented to identify the presence of early vascular disease, and patients with vascular disease are treated with a personalized approach.
Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
Cardiac rehabilitation at LifeBridge Health is a three-phase program designed to improve cardiovascular well-being for those who need medically supervised cardiovascular care. The program most commonly aids in recovery after a heart attack, angioplasty and/or stenting, and open-heart surgery. It is also beneficial for patients who experience stable chest pain.
Emergency Chest Pain Center
The Emergency Chest Pain Center features chest pain experts and cardiologists who diagnose and treat acute coronary syndromes and other cardiac emergencies at the earliest possible moment. Our providers are on call 24/7 and use advanced cardiac diagnostic equipment to evaluate chest pain and quickly implement the appropriate treatment to relieve the pain.

The Sinai Center for Thrombosis Research is recognized in the international cardiology and thrombosis community as a leader in the field of antithrombotic therapy. The expertise of the lab is centered on anti-platelet drug development, antithrombotic therapy and personalized anti-platelet therapy.
