Patients: Share Your Story

We are currently updating our web site and are asking our patients to share their stories about undergoing treatment at our center. We want others who are diagnosed with your condition to hear first hand about your experience before, during, and after treatment. We would also welcome any parent perspectives. If you decide to share your story, it can include information such as:

What condition were you diagnosed with?
Why did you choose to undergo treatment at our Center?
What was it like to go through this type of treatment?
How has your life changed since you were treated at our Center?
Would you recommend our Center to other people?
Photographs or videos that show you before, during, and/or after treatment
