Detailed information is provided regarding the phases of labor and the birth process. Taught by a certified childbirth instructor. Take this series in your seventh month. Bring 2 pillows to class. 
This year the three-session class will be offered on the following dates:
- January 10, 17, 24 (Thursdays)
- March 7, 14, & 21 (Thursdays)
- April 4, 11, 18
- May 1, 9, 23 (Thursdays)
- June 10, 17, 26
- July 11, 18, 25 (Thursdays)
- August 7, 21, 28 (Wednesdays)
- September 16, 23, 30 (Mondays)
- October 16, 22, 30
- November 7, 14, 21 (Thursdays)
