About the LifeBridge Health Cardiovascular Institute

Cardiovascular Institute

The LifeBridge Health Cardiovascular Institute is a comprehensive, integrated inpatient and outpatient program dedicated to preventing, treating and improving outcomes in heart disease, vascular disease and stroke.

Through several centers and programs, the institute delivers comprehensive care that reduces cardiovascular disease through best practices and evidence-based strategies. And our groundbreaking cardiovascular research and ongoing clinical trials are testing the safety and efficacy of new drugs and evaluating newly developed methods and regimens of treatment.

The institute features multidisciplinary teams of compassionate, experienced clinical and interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, heart and vascular surgeons, cardiac rehabilitation physicians and other medical specialists who provide high quality, advanced care for a number of heart conditions.

And the nursing care provided to cardiovascular patients is among the best in the nation. In fact, the American Nurses Credentialing Center has designated Sinai Hospital a Magnet®-recognized hospital, a prestigious distinction that honors nursing excellence in patient care, leadership and growth opportunities for nurses within a health care organization.
